  1. Most ESPs can process unsubs in real time and do not take any additional time to process these requests. Where we see delays is with clients that use other CRMs or DBs, or enterprise systems that are not tied via API to the ESP they use. This results in delays as things are batched in most cases every day or few days. This delay can cause a subscriber to possibly get another email before the systems are sync’d.

  2. Any insight on the breakdown of ASP/ESP clients vs. in house platforms and there ability to process unsubs?
